Cancellation Policy
LATE ARRIVAL POLICY : 1. Clients arriving 10+ minutes late may have their appoiment shortened or rescheduled to avoid delays for others. 2. 15 minutes late = considered a NO SHOW and subject to the no-show off. NO SHOW POLICIY: 1. No shows will be charged 50-100% of the schedule services. 2. After two no-shows , you may be required to pay in full before any future booking. CANCELLATION/ RESCHEDULED POLICIY: 1. You must cance or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance. 2. Changes within 24 hours may result in a 50% cancellation fee. DEPOSIT & PAYMENT : 1. A non- refundable deposit (e.g $10 or percentage) is required to secure your appoiment . It goestowards service. 2. remaining balance is due at the end of services. Accepted payment methods : (cash/card) AFTER-HOURS & EMERGENCY APPOINMENTS : 1. Appoiment outside normal business hours will incur a $40+ after-hours fee (depending on the services and time) 2. These must be pre-approved and paid full in advance.
