2. Services Offered

Through our website, users can:

Create a personal user account
Schedule appointments for barber and beauty services
Make secure online payments
Receive notifications or reminders related to appointments

3. User Registration

To use certain features of the site, you must register and create a user account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, and you agree to notify SheCutzStudio immediately of any unauthorized use.

We reserve the right to suspend or cancel your account if we detect any fraudulent, inappropriate, or non-compliant activity.

4. Payment and Cancellation Policy

LATE ARRIVAL POLICY: 1. Clients arriving 10+ minutes late may have their appointment shortened or rescheduled to avoid delays for others. 2. 15 minutes late = considered a NO SHOW and subject to the no-show off.
NO SHOW POLICIY: 1. No shows will be charged 50-100% of the schedule services. 2. After two no-shows, you may be required to pay in full before any future booking.
CANCELLATION/ RESCHEDULED POLICY: 1. You must cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance. 2. Changes within 24 hours may result in a 50% cancellation fee.
DEPOSIT & PAYMENT: 1. A non- refundable deposit (e.g. $10 or percentage) is required to secure your appointment. It goes towards service. 2. remaining balance is due at the end of services. Accepted payment methods: (cash/card)
AFTER-HOURS & EMERGENCY APPOINMENTS: 1. Appointments outside normal business hours will include a $40+ after-hours fee (depending on the services and time) 2. These must be pre-approved and paid full in advance.

5. Service Availability

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the website at any time without prior notice. This includes availability of features, services, or scheduling.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and graphic design, is the property of SheCutzStudio or its respective owners. You may not copy, distribute, or modify any content without prior written permission.

7. Liability

SheCutzStudio is not responsible for:

Damages resulting from the misuse of the website
Errors or service interruptions beyond our control
Incorrect information entered by the user
